Tim and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. He and his team are complete professionals in their field, very responsive and intuitive. Once we contacted him about our specific video request - a feature on our company being involved with Ellis Island's renovations - and shared our goals, he sent over samples of high profile projects that we could view to get an even better idea of what we wanted produced, giving us even more confidence that he was the right person for the project. The actual video production, from recording through editing, went incredibly smooth. I especially appreciated their attention to detail and consideration as we had a very tight production schedule, with multiple stakeholders, on a US historic site.
