i feel robbed I paid almost 1000 $ for a horrible hair, after you wash the hair you gonna see the real “texture” i bought the hair in august and i know how to take care of hair extensions because im wearing extension my whole life! when i bought it it was brown! please look the end of the hair !! never again. this store dont deserve not even a star

Charlotte was very helpful and patient when helping me choose the best hair for me. She even translated English to Spanish to my stylist to inquire on the best hair. This hair is top quality, shed free and tangle free. I have no complaints , she even checked on me afterwards to see how my hair went ! Best Representative ever !

I’ve been a costumer for more than 10 years (since I was in Brazil) and This is the best company! I do still have an extension from 8 years ago and I’m replacing it just because of the length (I had to cut it because the ends got damaged due to massive usage of flat iron, what it is normal, and I had to cut it little by little and now is way to short for me.). I got a new set a week ago with Charlotte and Laiz, they’re super helpful, patient and sweet girls that helped me to get an extension that I am 110% satisfied and happy! 😃
