absolutely the best!! I highly recommend Lady Di's for any occasion. They saved my butt today. Ordered flowers @$108.35 online to be delivered at my fiances work online. The day of they sent me an email saying because of short supplies they needed to charge me another $80 but would give me a discount of just $40. You are crazy if you think I'm going to spend $150 on a dozen roses.. with just an hour to spare before she got off work I called and they made it happen with this!! Huge shout out to Lady Di's.. thank you guys so much!!!

I’ve trusted Lady Di’s Florist for several years to ensure flowers make it to my mom for every occasion! I’m 1.000 miles away and have always been very pleased with the service! This past weekend they went above & beyond! After a couple of attempts to deliver (my mom is always on the go) they called me twice to let me know they were unable to deliver. I asked if they could change the delivery location. Not only did they do that but did it in a very short time during the end of very busy weekend for flower deliveries!! THANK YOU!!!! Lady Di’s will alway be my go to in LHC!!

I placed an order for flowers for my Mom in the hospital unexpectedly. There was a mixup in the delivery and the hospital said to send to the wrong floor. The flowers didn’t fare well. But I emailed Lady Di and told them what happened. They not only made it right they sent a brand new bouquet to my Mom at home! I was so touched and impressed by their kindness and giving me a new bouquet!
This is customer service - sometimes things happen but it’s the integrity of how company’s will take care of things that tells how a company really is!!! Thank you Sharon for going above and beyond! Would recommend to anyone!

I've been using Lady Di's Florist for the past few years to make deliveries to my parents who live in the area. The deliveries are a highlight for my mom and I love seeing the flowers in the photos since I don't live there.

Whatever the occasion, I can find great flower arrangements online and I know they come through on their deliveries; they even call me if changes have to be made, and they always come up with something great.

I have a mother who lives in Lake Havasu City and I have been using Lady Di's for years. They have done such a wonderful job every time. Though I live in another state I never have to be concerned! Their service and the arrangements they make are awesome!
