Surprisingly beautiful area outside the noise of the city! The ambiance is incredible around the lake, and it's very clean. I'm not sure I can say the water is super clean, but there is a lot of water. Spectacular views in any direction if you wake up early or like to stay up late. I spent a week here and I'll definitely be back!

We stayed at AirBnB for 30+ days. Here is the really good stuff....

It's a great place, wonderful resort community with plenty of things to keep you busy.
Be prepared to walk alot, especially for EVERYTHING.

Parking is not reserved, no valet service at least for non-owners. Garage parking is nice if not too crowded. Laundry consist of 3 machines, we heard rumors of another spot on site w 18 machines. We finally chose to outsource to Green Dragon Laundromat (6 miles in Henderson). We also paid Door Dash for delivery of food, unless a long walk in high heat is your thing. I'd rather eat n lounge by the pool.
The service personnel always working on building. One time was AC, another was water system..

If you have physical limitations but no mobility device, enjoy the views and luxury while calling for delivery.

Stayed here for 30 plus nights ,
and actually extending my stay . This review is intended to alert the people at the HOA , please TURN SPA TEMP UP TO AT LEAST 101-103 , the Spa has been repaired, but someone has turned the temp way way down and it is barely bath water temp. 101 minimum , 102 Is a hot tub / spa. Its making the stay not as great as it could be considering it was already down for 3 plus weeks. Multiple of us talked about it with other guests while using this evening…. Please Fix Temp , thank you

We had the Penthouse Appartement, fantastic and well equipt. Fantastic location close to the Hoover Damm. We enjoyed staying very much.

A relatively short drive from the strip and you're transported to a world that is a welcome change of pace from the neverending hustle of the strip. A small, fun community awaits guests with seasonal events that will surely entertain. The rooms are nice, but basic- though, they provide everything you need. Very quiet and even romantic. The downside for us was unfortunately significant, though it might not be for others.. The pool was ICE COLD. Uncomfortably cold. The hot tub? Almost as cold. After walking 20,000 steps on the strip, we were looking forward to a dip in the hot tub, only to be in for quite a shock..

Fairly well-maintained condos in the nicest setting near Vegas. The complex has two buildings with a laundry in each. It's fairly simple to download and use the WASH-Connect app. Everything was clean, although the fireplace by the pool was taped off and our Airbnb host didn't let us know that the dishwasher was out of order until we reported problems getting it to run (naturally, it was full of dishes by then).

The little village across the lake is a short walk across the Ponte Vecchio Bridge, which would be charming if it weren't so badly in need of TLC.

A few nice (if expensive) restaurants. Not very far from Lake Mead, the Hoover Dam, and the Valley of Fire.

Lots of housing development in the area, just a few miles east of Henderson.

Peaceful, quiet (usually), safe. It's a great place to live and to take a walk and enjoy the views. Beautiful surroundings and if you get hungry the Mexican restaurant has a discount for local LLV residents with proof of ID.
