I am rewriting my review because when I posted an earlier review about the products I ordered not arriving and trying to reach customer support was not be address. Max reached out personally to me to apologize and went above and beyond to make sure the issue was rectified. When he heard my items were intended for my Marine husband and daughter he went even farther to insure I was happy. Thank you Side action apparel. I will be ordering again.

I placed an order for five shirts, totaling $144.10, but to my dismay, I only received two shirts. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to contact their customer service for a return label and a refund, but my emails have gone unanswered. It’s incredibly frustrating to feel ignored, especially when a company fails to uphold its commitment to customer satisfaction.

I made a purchase of 3 t shirts and paid for the additional ground service of 2 days earlier this week. I understand it’s the holiday so I assumed I would have my order latest yesterday .I sent several emails with no communication back from the company. I have attempted to track my order but the site they utilize for tracking is horrible. It has not allowed me to log in. I placed a phone call yesterday and spoke to someone who only asked for my order and said if it had not been sent out he would send it out right away. About 2 hours after this call I received the only email from company stating the order was on its way. I received a UPS tracking number to see that as of today they are still awaiting my order. HORRIBLE COMPANY with customer service and satisfaction. I will NEVER order off this site again.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I placed an order with them on Dec. 6th and still haven’t received anything. I was given excuses of “were a small business trying to keep up” and “the shirts were out of stock and need to be printed”. Soo update your inventory online and hire more people? Or stop working a full time job when you’re trying to run a business you clearly don’t have time for? Don’t run promotions you can’t fulfill? Then I’m told that they miraculously fulfilled my order and shipped it out on the 18th and it should be to me by Christmas Eve. I check tracking on the 22nd to see that only a shipping label was created and USPS is waiting to receive the package. Then I’m told it “must’ve been lost”. I could literally drive to the warehouse which is only a short drive away to pick up my items. It shouldn’t take more than 2 days to get to me if it was actually sent to the post office. Very simple to not give customers a shitty experience yet this small business takes pride in making sure that’s the very first experience you get with them. It’s sad because my boyfriend is a vet and I was so excited to get him some of this merch for Christmas. Merry Christmas I guess, thanks for nothing but a headache.

I paid $90 for three shirts through Side Action Apparel for my brother's birthday. The first shipment never even went out. Then, I received a tracking number that showed my shipment was in California when I'm in Alabama. Then, my order was "delivered," but I never received a single item. I hate this company. I reached out and they never once tried to fix this problem. Now, I am out $90 and have no shirts. My bank won't refund me, USPS won't refund me, Side Action Apparel no longer answers my emails. This company is horrible, the customer service is atrocious. If you guys would just give me my money back, I would delete this review. But since you can't help your customers, I want to make sure that everyone knows just how unreliable you can be. Farewell and I wish you well, enjoy my $90 from someone who barely has enough money to get by. I simply wanted to do something nice for my brother, but whatever.

I am not sure what has changed recently but they are very unresponsive. I ordered 7 shirts on 11/29 and have requested an update twice but have received nothing. Very frustrating since I’ve ordered from them previously with no issues!
