I had the pleasure of visiting their showroom this morning and I made a purchase on a stereo microscope and light stand with accessories. The product is exactly what I was looking for at a good price.

As good as the product and price are, I have to say the service is hands down the best I've received in a long time on a purchase and deserves more of a mention than the product. I came into the showroom looking for another product that I was interested in from their website. I'm glad I came in as that item did not meet my required needs. Crystal and Mary took over an hour of their time showing me comparable products and accessories that helps me perform my job better and easier; well worth the time and money. I was amazed that they had the items in stock at their facility and they brought out items for me to try out to ensure the microscope functioned with the performance I was looking for. I'm not one to take time out of my busy schedule to write reviews but leaving this review brings me pleasure as their personal attention to my needs exceeded expectations. I have no reservations in recommending anyone looking for a microscope to give Boli Optics your first right of refusal in their products and I'm certain you won't be disappointed. With a product line count reaching in the thousands, I'm sure they can find an item that meets or exceeds your needs.

Two significant orders and this team doesn't miss a beat. Great prices, excellent microbiology, stereoscopes and microelectronics scoping equipment. But the attention to customer service has been the real catch for me. I have bought plenty of microscope equipment in the past for various needs, and I have to say, these guys should be heavily considered in your next small or large order regardless of who you've used in the past. One of my products came damaged in the mail and they very promptly sent me replacements with a sense of urgency and respect for my time. I very rarely find a company that has such an attentive sales team and customer service department while also delivering best-in-class equipment. These guys set the bar.

Just found Boli Optics on line when looking for an inexpensive microscope for personal use. Last one I had was probably 60 years ago. When I arrived at Boli I was greeted very nicely and professionally by Mary the CEO of the company. What was amazing to me when I called them prior to arriving and they asked me what type and price range I was looking for etc. low and behold they had exactly the type and price range I was looking for.
