This is one of the best ice cream shops I’ve ever visited! It reminds me of Argentine ice cream, which is among the best in the world. The quality is exceptional, with top-notch ingredients and perfectly balanced flavors. The texture is incredibly creamy, making every bite a delight. Plus, the shop itself is beautifully designed. Fun and warm, inviting place. Gelato is really good and tastes authentic but they used too much sugar. Roll back the sugar and it'll easily be 5 stars. Line wasn't long when I went and it was easy to find parking. They allow sampling and the prices are a bit high but most dessert places are these days.

Overall our experience here was good. The gelato was delicious and the staff was friendly. A lot of customers were coming to get gelato so it seems popular. The main issue I had was the price. The cost of one small scoop was outrageous. I’m sure the rent is high and the owner has to make a profit, but it was way too much for me to even think about making a return visit. I’d skip and go to Baskin-Robbin’s 31 flavors. You can get more and pay less.

Very happy that we found this place. The staff were amazing and very friendly. The manager Joe was very passionate about working for this establishment and provided the best customer service. Told us about their flavors and gave us samples until we found the right ones for us. The issue was that they were all delicious and we had a hard time deciding. We will definitely be back. Everything tasted very fresh. Wifey loves pistachio gelato and they have the original plus the pistachio mouse.

What we enjoyed the most is that everything tasted authentic as if you were in Italy. Grazie Mille Westlake Team!

Bacio di Latte has the best authentic Italian gelato I’ve ever had. The texture is so creamy and smooth, way better than Tifa Ice Creams. The flavors are incredible, and you can tell they’re made with care. The staff is super friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. If you love gelato, you need to try this place!

Finally this incredible place is opened. We discovered Bacio di Latte in Marina del Rey where we went many times. The recent addition to the chain in Westlake Village not only makes a lot of sense but will delight the local crowd, including myself.
I was very happy to be one of the first Customers on Saturday. The ice cream flavors are very deep and strong. They leave you with a lasting taste in your mouth. My favorite is « Nociola » hazelnut, with several full nuts per scoop.
The decor is very similar to that of Marina del Rey, as well as the welcoming smile of the employees. The process and the organization are a true replicate, maintaining consistency and ensuring delighted Customers know what to expect and will be back. A little on the pricey side at $18 for two people but well worth it. No competitors come even close in terms of taste.
They also have a reward program where every purchase provides you with points towards a free treat. Just make sure you load the app and give your phone number to the cashier.
