They do plastic free packaging! I'm super happy with this! If your looking for a decent environmentally friendly Italian takeout/delivery place, this is the one. Large portions (see photos), decent price, and eco friendly! They also delivered super quickly.

The delivery turned up with plain pasta that had no sauce on it. There was no pumpkin or butternut squash and just a few wilted basil leaves on top. We rang them and they refused to do anything about it, basically saying it was our problem. The worst customer service I've had in years. I've attached the picture from their website and what came. At this point they could probably be reported for fraud!

Honestly the worst pasta I've ever tasted in my life, I have no idea how this restaurant has 4 stars on deliveroo (something fishy going on there). There was zero flavour in it, was barely cooked so it was very chewy. Only good thing I could think of is the chicken which was mediocre at best. Also is pasta suppose to have onions?

How disappointing Coco Di Mama has become….
We used to love this place but it has become clear that it was all a lie.
Ordered from here today and received not even half of our order, all of which was cold. The toppings we paid extra for did not arrive and the sauce was so poor we had to add to it from some cold chilli we had in the fridge.
I really don’t know what has happened to this place, but they are in need of serious help.

I ordered 2 midi sized pastas and 1 side salad through UberEats.

1. The side salad of rocket was VERY small and all the leaves were squished underneath the salad dressing container (which took up half the size of the already very small plastic container). Very overpriced for what was provided. The salad dressing should not have been squeezed into the small salad container, rather it should have been placed in the Uber Eats bag which had plenty of space!
2. Mushroom pasta was very dry - almost as if they had forgotten to add any sauce.
3. Pesto pasta was good.
4. Cutlery was not provided although it was requested in the delivery notes.

Portions much smaller than the one in Bedford. Every time I've ordered there's never a full pot of pasta and sometimes you get barely any sauce, especially bolognsise. Portions are ridiculous for the price.

Ordered large, got small. Those people can’t get a simple order right. It’s not the first time. AVOID this place people !
