Hier darf ein Kind mit 3 Jahren noch nicht mal auf's WC gehen. Währe ja verständlich wenn nicht 3 - 4 Mitarbeiter anwesend wären. Was glauben die, dass eine 3 jährige den Duft klaut?, Das grenzt an Nötigung. Weitete Schritte überlasse ich den Kunden, die sich überlegen können ob sie hier wirklich einkaufen wollen, wenn Kinder so behandelt werden

Ich habe ein Estee Lauder-Set mit 8 kleinen Produkten für NUR 30 EURO gekauft! Ich bin äußerst glücklich. Es gab Clinique-Sets auch- 15 euro!

Horrible, rude, unprofessional staff. Me and my mother went there on October 21 2023. While we were browsing the store the alarm sound on exit door went off but we didnt pay attention to it as we werent even close to the exit. In few minutes one of the employees came to us and accused us of trying to steal a perfume. When I told her we havent even touched any perfumes and that she can check security cameras that we werent even close when the alarm went off she persisted with the wrongful accusations and was very rude to me and my mother. As I can see from other reviews these employees harass their costumers this way regularly so I highly advise anyone to not visit this store unless you want your whole shopping experience to be ruined. This behavior is unacceptable and borderline illegal to wrongfully accuse someone of committing a crime without any proof.

Horrible experience. At the beginning of the year my aunt was buying a big box with some sort of cremes for about 75 euros and a small lipstick. The lady didn't scan the small lipstick, but still put it in my aunts shopping bag. Later, the alarm sounded going out of the shop, and the manager dared accusing my aunt of stealing. I understand that it was a stressful time, however I have never met such a rude person in my life, one does NOT speak to a costumer like that!! My aunt paid for the lipstick afterwards, of course, but if she wanted to actually steal anything she definitely wouldn't have paid for that expensive box! False accusations are hurtful, disrespectful and utterly disgusting! Rest assured, my family will not be stepping inside that shop again.

It was awful! We were there on 21 December 2022. The staff was really rude and the prices are really high. In comparison with the same shop in Roermond it’s a scam . I regret buying makeup from this shop(and now as I write this review I noticed the sales lady said that a lippen costs 18€ from Mac and I paid 23€. I was buying more stuff so I didn’t noticed the scam on the spot. Shame on you how you treat your costumers! )
