He showed us pictures of the job as it went along and explained all we needed to know. The roof surface was repaired and coated. Since then we have never had a leak or any other problem.

Half way through the project, a OSHA inspector turned up to review compliance with the Florida building code. The company works by the book and they welcomed the inspection. We are members of a condominium association in SoBe. There is a large pool area, unusual for the location. When it rains there is water all over so we decided to put our money where our mouth is and started selecting waterproofing companies. Quotes were similar so we went for Cuor di Leone who worked for the association next door. Work started by waterproofing the balconies and then most of it comprised the pool deck and planters. We had quite a lot of them scattered around in the pool area and the balconies. We could not be happier with the result. Thumbs up for Cuor!
