Been going to several CVS locations recently searching for the Hello Kitty Halloween greeters and steppers. Finally found them at the Leawood location and was having a great experience talking to an employee who had just stocked the floor. We then proceeded to go to the front for checkout. A different employee approached us. My partner was holding our 8 month old son and employee is talking to my son, when out of nowhere employee grabs my baby’s hand and tries to kiss his hand!!! I have NEVER had a stranger touch or try to kiss my child without my permission! My partner and I were appalled! Luckily my partner turned away in time and told the employee he is not welcome to kiss our son. Employee had already taken our merchandise to check us out. He handed it all back and let us check ourselves out at self checkout. How can you work at a pharmacy and not have an understanding to NOT kiss stranger’s children Would have left a 1 star review but the employee we first talked to was so nice and enjoyable. But absolutely will not be returning to this location as I don’t feel comfortable bringing my son in with me.

Left sunglasses from just getting eye surgery in store. I called and when finally got past computer and asked person in store to please look at where I left them he would not. Said somebody would have already taken them. I said no, too big and ugly from surgery office. Or then maybe turned them in and he has not got them. I said no, people are busy and dont have time to bother turning them in and just keep shopping and leave them sit. So, I said I guess I have to drive to look myself. No response. Also, no pharacist on duty at 5:58. P.m.

This is a zero star review. I have never been spoken to so disrespectfully by an associate at a CVS. Jesse, a “manager”, needs extensive customer service training and monitoring! So rude!

I definitely needed to update this review. This particular CVS has an entirely new Pharmacy staff and they are wonderful. Great customer service, know me by name, friendly and always willing to help. Polar opposite of the previous staff and overall fantastic change for CVS and the clientele they serve.

Wow are these poor reviews spot on. Incredibly rude staff including the tall male pharmacist. Zero interest in customer service and running a smooth drive thru operation. They must really dislike their jobs to be so disinterested in the customer and treating them with kindness. Wish these reviews mattered but doubtful they even look at them. Sad.

Go to any CVS but this one. The pharmacy is beyond incompetent. Today one of the employees told my husband they didn’t have time to enter our insurance into the system and to just pay cash. Absurd. Last month I told them I wanted to wait a month to refill my prescription. Today I tried to refill it, and they completely deleted my 3 month refill from the system so I have to go to the doctor and go through the whole process again. DO NOT use this pharmacy! I have not had trouble at any other CVS. Save yourself the headache and go to a different one.

This is one amazing pharmacy! All of the staff, but specifically Trinity and Esther go above and beyond to make sure my prescriptions are filled on a timely manner. Despite having to deal with rude people every single day, they are always pleasant and have a smile on their faces. They truly care about you as a person. I use the drive-through pharmacy quite frequently for my family and they are always there working tirelessly to make sure that all of our prescriptions are ready to go when I need them. They go above and beyond their normal “work obligation“ by helping with specialty prescriptions, doctors phone calls, and getting what can be a very challenging job, done with excellence! Any negative review of this pharmacy is most likely from an unhappy person many many months if not years ago when the whole world was facing a crisis. Yet these employees continued to show up and do their part to make our lives a little bit easier. Thank you so much to the staff at this CVS in Leawood. You are greatly appreciated!

After waiting for over 30 minutes, watching nearly every person in front of me be told, “sorry, we can’t help you with that here, try calling… “, it was my turn to be told to call another pharmacy as well. Employees here were inept, unhelpful, and had a nasty attitude with customers. The Pharmacist Vincent was very rude and abrupt with me as well. I just moved here from out of state and I now know where I will not be returning. I’ll stick with another pharmacy.

I usually go to the CVS on Roe but this was the only cvs that had vaccination opening available. All the workers are rude here. They roll their eyes and always have a hostile tone. One worker even said “CVS sucks and I’m not afraid to say it out loud.”
