Anti-Veteran housing. Went to go look at a place and the Property Manager said that you had to use their lender to get on the "expedited list" and that they will NOT work with VA loans. Keep that in mind when you are looking at these Di Loreto houses.

My wife and I stopped to look at these homes. The homes are very nice and we were seriously considering looking into purchasing one of the homes. We also had our dog with us and we are always courteous about whether we can bring our dog into the showroom, which the sales staff seemed to be alright with. When we finished looking at the models, we started talking to one of the sales staff. At this point a man (who must work for them) very arrogantly told us our dog couldn't be in the showroom, we explained that he didn't go to the models and then he quite violently took his thumb and told us to get out. There were no signs in the showroom saying that dogs weren't allowed and neither of the sales staff had mentioned that dogs were not allowed in the showroom.

I've seen other posts about this organization and their rudeness and I can only assume that business is so good that showing respect to customers isn't needed by this organization.

Discrimination and hypocrisy. This builder refuses to accept VA home loans from military service members and veterans. The even more disturbing part of this deliberate discrimination is that the owners of this business claim to support military and veterans, yet they won't allow them to purchase a home with a VA loan. Shameful and disgusting.

This company will not accept a V.A. Loan (VETERAN) First let me state that I helped my daughter buy her first home from Mike at Di Loreto homes a few years back and had a great experience. Because of that experience I told Mike when I retired I would be back to purchase again. It took three months to find out that Mr. Di Loreto would not be allowing Veterans to use a V.A. Loan to purchase his homes. The reason given was it was to easy for a customer to end or cancel contracts during the process. I offered to give a large non refundable deposit and pay any expenses Di Loreto homes would have incurred. The simple answer was NOPE. I am so disappointed and felt compelled to write about my experience. Up to this point I loved everything about this company and the product they produced including Mike and our previous experience. For what it's worth your actions with respect to Veterans is shameful and should seriously be reconsidered. Respectfully Brett Kimball

Terreno. Brand New Home. EXCELLENT Construction. So many Energy Saving items. Fantastic Builder.
