Tivemos uma péssima experiência com um funcionário que nos abordou de forma despreparada e rude logo na entrada, nos informando que não é permitido comemorações de aniversário no ambiente e que de FORMA NENHUMA (usou essas palavras) podíamos entrar com um bolo. Entendo que são regras do estabelecimento e acredito que por algum motivo tomaram essa decisão de permitir comemorações. Mas a abordagem desse funcionário deveria ser de forma cordial e educada. Infelizmente eu e minha família não frequentaremos mais esse estabelecimento. Espero que treinem seus funcionários para uma abordagem educada e respeitosa.

My family and I used to come here often to enjoy their Brazilian pizza, but today was a disaster. I ordered two pizzas,a Paulista and a 4 Cheese, and when we opened the box, it was a mess. There was barely any pizza under the piles of corn, and the green beans were practically rock solid. On top of that, the bottoms of both pizzas were completely burnt, leaving a disgusting taste . For the price we paid, this is unacceptable. This experience was nothing short of a total disappointment. we called to express our disappointment and all we got is that they could not do anything in regard to helping better our experience.

Recently, I had a very unpleasant experience. I arrived at the venue with a “mini cake” that looked more like a cupcake, and I was informed right at the entrance that celebrating birthdays there was not allowed. I was surprised, as I had already witnessed birthday celebrations at the same venue, and I couldn’t understand why such a rule existed.

What affected me the most was the rude manner in which the employee greeted us. He showed irritation, as if he were taking his anger out on me and my family. I even had to explain to my 4-year-old son – who was dressed as Spider-Man – the reason for the employee’s behavior and why we couldn’t celebrate his birthday there.

Given this, we decided to look for another establishment, where we were welcomed in a much warmer and friendlier manner.

Recentemente, tive uma experiência bastante desagradável. Cheguei ao local com um “mini bolo” que mais parecia um cupcake e fui informado, logo na entrada, de que não seria permitido comemorar aniversários ali. Fiquei surpreso, pois já havia presenciado celebrações de aniversário no mesmo ambiente, e não compreendi a existência de uma regra que proibia tais comemorações.

O que mais me afetou foi a forma rude com que o funcionário nos recebeu. Ele demonstrou irritação, como se estivesse descontando sua raiva em mim e na minha família. Cheguei até a ter que explicar ao meu filho de 4 anos – que estava fantasiado de Spider-Man – o motivo do comportamento do colaborador e por que não poderíamos celebrar o aniversário dele naquele local.

Diante disso, decidimos procurar outro estabelecimento, onde fomos recebidos de forma muito mais acolhedora e cordial.

Andreza was wonderful!! She was very sweet and helped us decide what to get, since there was so many delicious options to order from! Excellent service,the pizza was great!!! Best aperol spritz ever! Can’t wait to come back next week with friends and family!

I always come there, brazilian pizza js amazing. But the service is top tier, the host I think his name is pietro. Did a fantastic job attenting me on the phone and the order came quickly. He helped with doubts and was super helpful.
