Eden was highly recommended by a trusted small business owner in my neighborhood. I loved that she uses a lot of natural products and she is very knowledgeable about makeup, hair & skin care, not just because it’s her livelihood but that she lives and breathes beauty. She is talented, has a great personality and was very easy to work with. She did my hair & makeup for my engagement shoot as well as my wedding day look. I was very lucky to have found Eden. I would definitely use her services again. Don’t look anywhere else and hire this talented lady!

Eden is a goddess! Where do I begin? I booked Eden initially for my Astoria engagement photos. I told her I wanted a retro look and boy did she show up! My hair and make-up was SPOT ON! After that first wonderful experience, there was no question she was IT for my wedding day. My wedding took place about 1.5hrs outside of NYC. Eden put together a team, traveled up, and proceeded to make everyone look absolutely gorgeous. Seriously...even my 82 yr old Nana looked like she could prance on to the pages of Vogue. Eden is professional, fun-loving, current, & super-talented. You will not be disappointed with the quality & originality of her work.

Update: Fast forward two years later. I tried two other salons as Eden scaled back a bit for other work and once again they made a mess of my hair. Luckily Eden is back all the way and my hair has been rescued once again. She does magic when it comes to color. Go nowhere else!

Found Eden! I moved to NYC several months ago and just recently discovered Eden. I find it difficult to find hairdressers who can cut well AND are good with color but Eden is great with both and she is the first hairdresser who did not try and talk me into any products that will give my hair more volume. She immediately understood what I wanted and what was best for my hair, I am very pleased. On top of it she uses cruelty free products that left my hair very shiny. Eden did my hair and makeup and my mom and sisters' hair for my wedding and she is amazing! Not only is she a super talented hair and makeup artist (and uses cruelty-free products to boot,) she also has an awesome personality and kept us laughing and relaxed the whole time we were getting ready! She was able to make my sometimes problematic skin look perfect, the fake lashes were subtle, and my hair lasted all night long. Eden is crazy nice and even helped us put new boutonnieres together when we found the ones we made the day before had wilted! What can't she do?
Hair. Makeup. Emergency flowers. Wedding party wrangler.

As soon as I started planning my wedding, I knew I needed Eden to do my hair and makeup. I followed her work for years and knew that her taste and skill were exactly what I needed. My husband works in film and I know how valuable makeup and hair are on camera. As someone who does not often wear makeup (but has a great appreciation for the art), I wanted to make sure that my artist listened to me and made sure I looked like myself on a very important day. She also did all of my bridesmaids' and MOB and MOG hair and makeup. My mother-in-law has fine curly hair and it can be difficult to work with and she was in love with her work. Her positive attitude and professionalism made sure that everything went smoothly and getting ready was very enjoyable. I can't recommend her services enough to anyone who wants a talented professional for any type of occasion.

I met Eden last year when she did my hair for my wedding and I've been going to her ever since for trims/ eyebrows. She is patient, kind, and talented. So long as she is around, no body else will touch my hair.
