To make it brief, I would not recommend this business or establishment. I went and made an appointment for phone screen replacement because mine was cracked. The guy came over to my residence and replaced the screen, and when he handed it to me, the phone was very hot. He attributed this to the screen being constantly activated because screen damage Pryor to replacing it,but when I handed it to Phone before he replaced it, the phone was fine I could receive and make calls etc.. I didn’t think so much of it the time so the guy left and I monitored the temperature. Well, about an hour past and the temperature on the phone didn’t change I cannot access or use it in any way because the temperature was too high so I called the guy and explained to him what was going on and he said he drop by later on at about 4:30pm the same day of service since was Mobile service… the guy never came by or called me, I’ve tried calling him but answer I texted him with answer .. The phone completely became unusable wouldn’t or take a charge I’m so pissed ,, ,,,,

These guys did an excellent job on fixing my iPhone and my tablet. They actually did it very fast in under an hour and a half. And the price was better than I found anywhere else. The store is cool they have a lot of other stuff just besides fixing stuff video games consoles games I’m posting some pictures so you could see. I need some work done this is a family owned store and I’ll take great care of you.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! They stole my iPad Pro. Took it in to get fixed they took my money and never returned my iPad. Made several attempts with the owner to get it back and simply got excuse after excuse. I can honestly say this is the worst experience I’ve had with a family owned business nonetheless. Take your money elsewhere unless you wanna get ripped off!!!

My Husband took his PlayStation and instead of fixing the issue we had. They made it worse. Now the PlayStation doesn’t even turn on and the guy is a fraud.

Got over charged for a cheap Samsung galaxy s10+ screen replacement,
The screen was a cheap aftermarket one and went blank on me 30 days later. This guy sucks 🗑🚮

Incredibly happy with my experience and services. (I was having issues with my charger port connecting to my lightning Jack, and the back of my phone is very cracked) My phone is incredibly important to me and it holds a lot of value, so I always get panic whenever something happens to my phone. They were able to explain to me my phones situation in a way that was calm and easy for me to understand. And explain what they can confidently do for me. they explained to me their services and how they can help me. They made me feel stress free. They were all so incredibly nice to me throughout the process. Every conversation I had with all of them, was very genuine and honest. They really helped relieve my anxiety surrounding my broken phone. They provided great services, was able to get it fixed within an hour or so. Although the back of my phone is cracked, I was personally unable to get that fixed the same day. They were very understanding and was able to provide me a screen protector and protection phone case. Very pleased with the services, but overall the personal experience. And their store is very cute and fun.

If i can give zero stars i would.
I took in my iPad Pro to get the screen replaced because only the screen was not working and needed to be replaced. Mind you the device was turning on and off a week prior of taking it
in however by the time i took it the screen went all black so i had to get it replaced. I left my ipad there and never got a phone call like they said they would call, i called a week later for an update and nothing. Second time i called he said that the new screen was missing a band so they ordered a new one. I called again another week for an update and he said he would call me back to see if it was working. Nothing. I had to call again until about 4 weeks later when he said they couldn’t fix it and that the computer inside
my ipad was broken and needed to be replaced. I said okay when can i pickup, he said in a few days he just needed to put it back together. a few days pass by and nothing again. I decided to
wait another week until i finally just showed up to pick it
up myself without waiting and my ipad screen wasn’t even glued on to my ipad i had to wait for them to glue it back on. So instead of them fixing my screen they ended up breaking it even more somehow. Horrible service, not only am i $260 short but now also a total of 1350 short for having to buy a new ipad pro.

My experience with this service was marred by terrible communication. It was incredibly frustrating not to receive updates or responses to my inquiries.
Clear and timely communication is essential in any business, and this company failed miserably in that regard.

Also, I had high hopes for this service, but unfortunately, there was no sense of urgency whatsoever. Despite my request for a rush fix, my issue was not addressed promptly. This lack of responsiveness and commitment to timely service is disappointing and unacceptable.

I regret to say that I cannot recommend this place. My experience here was far from satisfactory, and I believe there are better alternatives available. The service, quality, and overall experience fell short of my expectations, leaving me disappointed.
