called Ohara sprinkler repair company on Monday & Tuesday morning repair tech Carlos came he surveyed leak area and located cracked value unit gave a very reasonable quote and the job was done within an hour , all parts needed was on his truck , then he restarted our sprinkler system & made some minor adjustments now were good to go . JOB WELL DONE CARLOS and definitely use this company again - service and price exceeded my expectations- a special thanks to Jackie in the office that handle our call and follow up

O’Hara is the best - we had issues w one irrigation pumps and needed someone with electrical and irrigation expertise - we called Ohara and within one afternoon they had our two irrigation pumps working properly for the first time in the six months I’ve been hoa president. Rodney and Erik are pros and get the repairs done quickly within a reasonable cost!

I'm so sorry to say that I'm very disappointed I called O' Hara on a Wednesday and needed someone to come and check out my sprinkler system its not working properly and said someone would come on Fri 11/29 email confirmed appointment between 8-10 well 10:45 no show no call I called the office and they said they would have someone get back to me well 12:30 is here and no call Then around 4:30 is here and no call no show again called office and she had to look into it I finally said who runs a company like this as a new customer I thought I would be but noooo thank you customer service and getting back to a new customer is so important just to say hey running late but not a call or show Sorry I will move on and call someone who runs a competent Business

It took awhile for them to return phone calls. But once we spoke they did an estimate. Their estimate, work and attention to detail was very professional. I would definitely use them again.

I phoned this company on a weekend and got their answering service, understandable. No one ever called me back however. I then phoned again and schedule an appointment for my sprinkler service which is not working. A few days later someone came out. I got a quote and signed immediately. Then I had to chase them down to schedule a day to come out. A week or so later I finally get an appointment where the tech then no call no shows while I take off work to be home to assist. I call and they say he’s too busy and needs to reschedule. My grass is now completely dead after waiting on them to respond to me to just have a no call no show. Called another company and they’re coming out same day. Very disappointed especially after seeing how many solid reviews they had with other people, would not recommend.

I was very impressed with the professional work the Service Techs did at my home. They had no problem with me asking questions and watching them while they worked. I thought the cost for the job was a little much but after see how hard they were working without any machines it changed my mind. The men were very polite and most of all very professional. I will be writing a letter to the company advising them to take care of the guys who did an excellent job at my home. My husband and I will be lifetime customers.

Tech Showed up early, notified us he was here. Jumped on the issue, installed the needed parts, closed everything up , tested to insure issue was resolved. Cleaned work site, removed any trash and sent me a text that system was fully operational and he was leaving.
Will 100% use O’Hara again.
