So my Sony A7iii needed fixing due to a banding issue in the shutter, and the warranty at Samys was of no use. (I paid over $100 for their fishy warranty) but luckily the camera is under manufacture warranty so I called and asked about it being fixed. Ale answered my call and said it would be of no issue. I took it in promptly and Todd helped me out! He was amazing and very knowledgeable. Did the paper work and that was it. I got a call two days later saying it was ready for pickup and now my camera is fully functional. They did a tremendous job. Very satisfied with the work. Made me wish I had Sony Pro Support for after I run out of warranty.

Stoked with the service I received here. Alejandra was super friendly and personable and they serviced my gear quickly and took care of all the details. They went the extra mile to make sure I got my camera back cleaned and fixed and on time! I will certainly be a repeat customer. Just got my camera back today and it came in a nice foam case. They even took the time to remove the strap ends for me which I mentioned in passing that I didn't use them. I highly recommend Sony Imaging Pro Support! Worth every single penny spent.

These guys are the best!! I cannot recommend the team at Sony Pro Support Los Angeles highly enough.

I took in our 3 month old a7iii which had developed several severe problems over the past month. I was told that it would likely take 7-10 business days to find and fix the problems. After speaking with Alejandra, she placed a rush on our camera and spoke with her superiors to ensure service for our special needs.

I was astonished to receive a call THE NEXT DAY (~24 hours later) that our camera was fixed and ready to go - they'd had the part we needed in stock and were able to fix it immediately.

The communication, customer service and excellence that we've experienced with Sony Pro Support makes me so very glad we chose to buy Sony - and we'll keep doing so.

Sony PRO Support has given me a piece of mind because they are located in LA and they have shown great customer service. I really feel comfortable bringing all my Sony cameras and lenses with them because I know they will take good care of them! There is a person in particular that has been given me amazing customer service and her name is Alejandra! She is so kind and patient with me! She always has an answer to my questions and she goes beyond for customers. I couldn’t have been happier with my experience at the Pro center. The staff was so helpful and friendly and helped me navigate purchasing my first Sony, the Alpha 9 (or A9). They are incredibly knowledgeable on Sony cameras, lenses and accessories.

I was a Nikon user for over 10 years, but now a solidly converted #alpahfemale, not only due to the quality that Sony is bringing, but to the quality of customer care I received at the Pro Center.
