I would like to express my gratitude to pharmacist Jaime and the entire staff for providing exceptional customer service. When I arrived to pick up a prescription that was ready, I inquired about a second prescription that was still in process. To my surprise, they informed me that it was already being prepared for immediate pickup. The staff answered all of my questions with professionalism and kindness, and they maintained a warm and friendly demeanor throughout the entire interaction. It was truly a pleasant experience, and in today’s world, this level of service feels increasingly rare. Thank you again for the outstanding care and attention during my visit.

I have to say Demi your manager is fantastic! I appreciate the help she gave me today. She is a very friendly person too.
Also I had two prescriptions ready for pickup and needed another one but it wasn't ready when I got there. I was told if I wouldn't mind waiting about 15 minutes everything would be ready at once. They worked on my prescription right away and I was ready to go in about 5-10 minutes.

Today marks the SECOND time that my dad received the wrong prescription from this Walgreens. To clarify, Walgreens is giving out ANOTHER PERSON’S prescription, name and address to my dad. What is the point of asking for the name and address if they don’t confirm its accuracy anyway? Not to mention, his last name is uncommon and the address has no similarities.

0 stars is more like it. very rude techs that are not accommodating or helpful towards patients with insurance or copay problems all around nasty attitude do not go here.

Better clear your schedule if you have a prescription here because they are the slowest pharmacy I have ever seen

Shout out to cashier Sara, who is just absolutely miserable. Started off with my three year old trying to talk to her and show her the candy she picked out and Sara looking completely annoyed that a child had the audacity to speak to her. Then when I politely asked her if it was possible to manually enter my ID rather than scanning it (which I had no problem previously doing at this store), she yelled across the store to her almost as equally miserable “manager” Natalia: “Customer is denying us scanning her ID!!!” I never denied you scanning my ID, I asked if it was possible to manually enter the information and stated no one has ever given me trouble in the past. Attitudes all around by these two staff. It’s a shame bc I love the photo and pharmacy staff, they are always helpful and enjoyable. Drove down the street to CVS and had great customer service there.

Horrible service per the norm, there are many great folks who work at this location , but very seldom do I get to deal with them, go through the drive thru to pick up over the counter meds, only to have them close the window as I pull up to it, so next would be to go inside right? I do that only to be told that the over the counter meds and Kleenex can't be retrieved because the pharmacy has closed for break, ok so we they can't simply get it from a person in the pharmacy nope they can not , ok so now I'm waiting back in the pharmacy drive thru why because they can not give a over the counter med to me at the curbside pick up outside, but why? And a even better question why can't you just pull another package of meds from the shelf and another box of tissues from the shelf and then return the ones I'm waiting on? Guess that may be too much to ask way to fail at customer service, and simple problem solving skills, and have the same manager tell me he couldn't retrieve the order from the pharmacy be at the drive thru window right where my order was , must have made him feel mighty powerful, well simply put poor customer service , and just a FYI you were supposed to ask to see my ID because we bought benadryl so to risky to bring my meds out to me at curbside pick up, but not really care about the meds and rules when i went through the pharmacy drive thru , throughly disappointed but this rant will fall on deaf ears so it's basically for my resolve oh well keep up the " great work"
